Why We Built This Site
Texas provides public access to many court dockets, but Hamilton County uses a split clerk structure. Angela Tubbs, District Clerk, keeps felony, civil, family, and other 220th Judicial District Court records. Rachel Lamb Geeslin, County Clerk, keeps County Court misdemeanor, probate, guardianship, and county-court civil records. Justice and municipal courts retain their lower-court dockets. The site brings these distinctions together with the District Clerk, County Clerk, and re:SearchTX sources.
What You Will Find Here
- Local guidance for criminal court dockets and civil court dockets.

- Clerk procedures for court case records and certified copies.
What We Cannot Do
This website is privately operated and has no affiliation with a Texas court, clerk, or agency.
- We cannot retrieve an official case file or certified docket.
- We cannot set, reset, or confirm a hearing.
- We cannot amend, seal, or remove a court record.
- We cannot file papers or provide legal advice.
- We cannot promise that a linked fee, hour, or setting remains current.
Only the court or clerk maintaining the original Hamilton County record can confirm it or issue an official copy.
Search Partners
Some content pages contain search tools supplied by outside providers. A provider controls its results, terms, prices, and data practices. We may receive a referral fee if a visitor follows a tool to a paid service, which supports free access to the site's reference material. Government portals and clerk offices remain the sources for official court records.
